Cobalt RaQ4 refurbished as my server 2004-2014

RaQ4 served me from November 2004 to October 2014, exactly 10 years.
Robust, reliable. However, it became too difficult go keep it patched against
the vulnerabilities of the bad world outside, and it had to be decommissioned.
